Ingredients:
Servings: 36 ervings
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup dried strawberries, chopped
Directions:
1. In one bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt.
2. In a second bowl, cream the butter with the sugars, vanilla and eggs.
3. Slowly combine the flour mixture with the wet ingredients.
4. Stir in the chips and strawberries.
5. Refrigerate for an hour, or until dough is firm.
6. Roll into one inch balls and place on greased, parchment-lined cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 325 degrees for 13 minutes.
