INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 Eggs
3 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips (12 Ounce Bag)
1 Bag Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Ice Cream Topping Nuts)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix all blue ingredients above together.
Slowly add flour with mixer on slow speed.
When flour is completely mixed in, mix in chocolate chips by hand.
Grease a cookie sheet with shortening.
Roll golf ball size cookie dough balls onto the cookie sheet.
Press one mini-marshmallow into the middle of each cookie dough ball.
Lightly press chopped nuts onto the top of the cookie until they are embedded into the dough.
Bake cookies for 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
*As an added touch, press regular size chocolate chip into the marshmallow after the cookies are removed from the oven.
