Auraea Sunshine Bake Shoppe: Oreo-Peanut Butter Brownie Cups

Serves: 12

Ingredients

◦1 Box Brownie Mix (with ingredients to prepare)

◦12 Oreo’s

◦Peanut Butter

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to temperature on brownie box. Line a muffin pan with paper cups.

2. Separate Oreo’s, trying to leave both sides of the cookie intact with cream on one side. Spread on about a heaping teaspoon of peanut butter. Sandwich cookie back together.

3. Prepare brownie mix and place about a tablespoon of batter in each cup liner (or enough to just cover the bottom). Place Oreo’s in the center of each cup. Evenly spread remaining batter amongst cups. Even out batter so that it falls down the sides of the cup and the top is flat. Bake 18-20 minutes.
