Ingredients:
2 1/2 C Flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 C butter, room temperature
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Raspberry Jam (I used about 4 TBSP)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method:
Cream the butter & sugarsuntil light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add chocolate chips.
Scoop out about 1/4 of the dough into a smaller bowl. Add about 1 T of jam and fold it in. Be careful not to MIX it, or your dough will turn pink, you want more of a swirl.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and place in a 350° oven for 8-10 minutes.
