Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Blossoms

 1 cup butter, softened

 4 oz cream cheese, softened

 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tbsp sugar

 2 egg yolks and 1 egg white

 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

 2 tbsp milk

 2/3 tsp salt

 3 cups flour

 2 1/4 tsp baking powder

 1 sleeve Oreo cookies, crushed

 42 cookies and cream Hershey's kisses (via Target) 

Mix ingredients in order (except Oreo cookies and Hershey's kisses). Chill dough in refrigerator for one hour. Shape dough into small balls and roll in Oreo cookie crumbs. (I used my food processor to crush the cookies into a fine crumb.) Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 minutes. Gently push a cookies and cream kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after removing from oven. (Be careful not to push the kiss all the way through the cookie.) Let cool slightly before transferring to wire rack.
